Silent Ball – Why is it made of foam?
Foam can be adjusted as you like depending on what you are looking for. In this case, the outer edge can be softer so it fits better in the hand and makes less noise when bouncing on floors and walls, while the inside can have just the right density to give it a realistic bounce compared to an official basketball.
Different sizes
As explained in the size guide, the 18 cm option corresponds to size 3 in official European (FIBA) basketballs. The 21 cm ball corresponds to size 5, and the 24 cm ball to size 7, the official size in male categories from 12 years old and professional level.
Better with a hoop!
The ball is great for improving dribbling technique and ball-handling moves, but if you have enough space to shoot, the hoop also helps you train and have fun shooting.
The hoop comes with a double-sided adhesive sticker to mount it on the wall without drilling holes, and the rim has a diameter of 30 cm.

The importance of reducing screen time
Affect eyesight negatively
Too much screen time strains the eyeballs and can create or worsen vision problems, especially in children.
The blue light emitted by screens is the cause, and it is more harmful when the screen is close to the eyes.
Difficulty concentrating
A large part of the content on social media (especially the content made for children) is designed to achieve the longest possible consumption time, which creates the habit of spending hours going from one video to another without using creativity.
If the brain gets used to receiving dopamine simply by looking at a screen, it becomes more and more difficult to have fun with activities that require effort.
Lower sleep quality
Prolonged screen use during the day keeps the brain active and makes it harder to switch into “rest mode” and stay there throughout the night (both in adults and children).
