our reason to exist
The importance of reducing screen time
They harm eyesight
Too much screen time strains the eyeballs and can cause or worsen vision problems, especially in children.
The blue light emitted by screens is the main culprit, and it’s even more harmful when the screen is close to the eyes.
Focus problems
Much of the content on social media (especially that aimed at children) is designed to maximize screen time, which creates the habit of spending hours scrolling from one video to another without using creativity.
If the brain gets used to receiving dopamine just by looking at a screen, it becomes increasingly difficult to enjoy activities that require effort.
Lower sleep quality
Prolonged screen use during the day keeps the brain active and makes it harder to enter “rest mode” and stay in it at night (for both adults and children).
Quality family time
Board games and outdoor games — perfect for families and friends!

Quality time without screens
In a time with so many distractions, we sometimes forget how important it is for the future to take good care of our health and our children’s.
One example is screens: even though we all know the long-term consequences they can have on eye, neck and mental health, they are usually the biggest form of entertainment for the little ones (and, sometimes, for adults too).
We want to help all parents change this with really entertaining games, designed so everyone can have fun and spend quality time together as a family.
Show them our games and ask them which ones are their favourites!
